MODALITIES AND CATEGORIES
The Transpyr Coast to Coast offers different participation formats depending on each modality and its categories.
This event is designed to adapt to the needs of the participants, taking into account their preferences and the time they have available to take part in a challenge of this nature.

The Gran Raid MTB modality offers a raid-style mountain bike race format, combining link sectors and timed sections. In this format, participants must adhere to traffic regulations at all times.
There are trophy ceremonies for teams at the end of each stage, and at the end of the event, there is also a ceremony for the SOLO category.
Originally designed to be a team event, this is its core philosophy and an essential part of its essence. Additionally, it plays an important role in ensuring safety. Participating teams can be divided into five categories (female, male, mixed, master, and grand master). To open a category, there must be a minimum of five registered pairs in that category.

The exciting Backroads modality offers a road cycling experience similar to a gran fondo event, combining legendary climbs from classic races with lesser-known roads.
Participants must adhere to traffic regulations at all times.

The E-Transpyr modality is designed for participants who want to take on the Coast to Coast challenge with their e-bike. While this is not a competitive category, it offers the full Transpyr Coast to Coast experience. This modality is available for both MTB and road cycling.
Participants must adhere to traffic regulations at all times, as failure to do so may result in direct disqualification.
