MTB, Road, Gravel or E-bike depending on the type of bike.

Bicycle in perfect condition. We recommend tubeless wheels with plenty of puncture-resistant fluid and all-weather tires.

Tires: We recommend 28 or 30mm wide wheels as the route runs along secondary roads.

Gearing: We recommend a minimum gear ratio of 28-30 on the largest sprocket, for climbing gradients of +12% on some short sections.

  • CE-approved cycling helmet.
  • GPS with track tracking system.
  • Cycling shoes for the chosen discipline.
  • 1.5L water bottles (combined between the two bottles or bottle + camelback).
  • Thermal blanket.
  • Front and rear lights for all disciplines.

  • 3-4 shorts
  • 3-4 short-sleeved jerseys
  • 3-4 pairs of socks
  • Thermal shirt
  • Waterproof jacket
  • Sleeveless gloves (recommended)
  • Comfortable clothing for after the stages, including a down jacket.

In the Pyrenees during June, temperatures can range from 5 degrees Celsius at night to 40 degrees Celsius during the day, with significant temperature fluctuations. We recommend bringing clothing that can complement and adapt to all daily situations.

A service included with registration consists of a bag that participants receive during registration and hand over at each start to receive it upon crossing the finish line. We recommend having the following items in your bag from start to finish:

  • A spare T-shirt, jacket or vest, spare socks, and comfortable flip-flops for walking from the finish line to your accommodations.

  • Personal medical kit
  • Sunscreen
  • Flip-flops
  • GPS charging cables
  • Handwashing detergent
  • Cash (€50-€100)

All participants are insured by their own insurance, which covers accidents DURING the stage. However, for foreign participants, we recommend having travel insurance that covers Spain.
